There is no food available for purchase on the Bosque del Apache NWR on:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Meals included in events are delivered to participants

 

Contact Registrar (after 20 August) at 505-835-2077 for special dietary needs.

Friends of the Bosque Annual Banquet

 

All meals include: Salad with choice of dressing, hot rolls and dessert.

Beef:

Seared steak in brandied sauce with asparagus and baked potato.

Chicken:

Baked breast of chicken in a mushroom cream sauce with green beans and rice pilaf.

Vegetarian:

Vegetable rich Pasta Primavera with Alfredo sauce.

 

Sandwich Lunches

Sandwiches are prepared by the Socorro Springs Brewing Company.

CHICKEN & PESTO

Roasted chicken with mayonnaise pesto dressing, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, red onions, mozzarella on toasted focaccia bread.

ROAST BEEF

Slow roasted beef with tomatoes, red onions, mayo and choice of swiss, mozarella or cheddar cheese on cibatta.

NEW MEXICO GARDEN

Guacamole, tomato, green chile, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber, spinach, red onion, Swiss, mozzarella, and sharp cheddar, on toasted green chile cheese bread.

GERONIMO

Genoa salami, capicolla ham, mozzarella, Roma tomato, red onion, green-leaf lettuce, italian dressing, on toasted rustic bread roll.
